I had such an amazing day with the girls from Punch Park, Paula and Allison, shooting the Mothers Day 2017 Campaign images. The location was the beautiful co-working space Wework in Pyrmont, Sydney providing a great backdrop (and really awesome variety) for these images. although I chose to bring alone a couple of strobes my light sourced ended up being just one large window diffused by a couple of clouds in the sky. I couldn't really have asked for anything better.

Personal branding shoot for motivational & inspirational speaker Kathy Wong
A few weeks ago Sandra came to me to update her personal branding images. Just over 2 years ago she said goodbye to a successful career in the corporate world and decided to jump into the world of small business.
Look, I'm gonna be real honest with you, I hadn't planned to take any photos at the shooting bays at the Palm Springs portrait conference back in September (*a shooting bay is a station set up up with a back drop and a model ready to be photographed). And I certainly didn't plan to photograph anyone without planning an actual shoot! My inner control freak rarely lets me act all sponteneous and carefree....because that means I don't know what the outcome might look like and let's be honest, THAT freaks me out! Are you nodding right now? Uhuh...you know them feels.
So you have booked your portrait session, pencilled in a trip to the hairdresser and already decided on a fresh manicure. Just one last question remains; what the heck am I going to wear?
Fear not friend, I got your back.
A few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Cathy. A wife of 20 years, mother, auntie and sister, Cathy came to me to create a unique 20th anniversary gift for her husband, George.
Palm Springs was amazing. The portrait conference was amazing. The people were amazing. Everything was just amazing and one week there was nowhere near long enough. Read about my trip of a lifetime and see some gorgeous photos taken there.
