7 weeks before her wedding day Karen emailed me - it was quite clear that she was distraught and fed up. Her story of her photographer falling through very last minute was upsetting to say the least. No bride wants to be in this position and to me I couldn't think of anything worse. My heart broke a little when I received her email. However, sometimes life gets in the way of even professionals and that was exactly what had happened to Karen and Graham.
I felt honoured and humbled that said photographer had recommended me to help Karen and Graham out on their wedding day and was incredibly happy to be part of their special day.
Karen & Graham found each other via online dating a few years ago. After both having experienced marriage break ups, both was feeling disillusioned with love and was not sure if this was something that would happen in their lifetime again. One day Karen decided to give online dating a go. After all, she had nothing to lose. By chance, Graham was much in the same frame of mind and they connected.
Well, fast forward a couple of years and here we are. Karen & Graham exchanged vows at Cabarita river shore in front of close family and friends. Their intimate reception was held at Vela Bar & Dining also in Cabarita.
Thank you for having me guys, it truly was a pleasure
Sometimes when we feel at the lowest, when the world seems cruel and dark, a small flicker of light will try to shine. If you look for it in your darkness, you will find it. And if you give it time, that small light will fill the darkness in your life.
